CULINARY PAVILION DRAWS LOCAL CHEFS TO THE
COCONUT GROVE ARTS FESTIVAL® PRESENTED BY
BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OF FLORIDA

In keeping with its reputation for artistic excellence the Coconut Grove Arts Festival has invited local masters of the culinary arts to participate in this year’s Culinary Pavilion. The epicurean tent will feature food and beverage demonstrations in conjunction with the 46th annual Coconut Grove Arts Festival presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, February 14-16.
“Many often forget that the preparation of an outstanding meal is a form of art,” said Gary Ciuca, a Festival board member and its culinary director. “These chefs are sure to remind us as the aromas and tastes of their creations elicit emotions similar to those felt observing a vivid painting,” said Ciuca.

This year’s line-up of demonstrations ranges from quick family meals and decadent desert preparations to elaborate five-star dining and the distilling of fine liquors. The Culinary Pavilion’s presentations will begin at 11:30 a.m. daily with the final demonstration beginning at 4:30 p.m.
